Jeff Nathan is a Technical Director and leads threat research within the company. Since 2000 Jeff has worked on solving information security problems as an applied researcher. His current research focuses on developing offensive security capabilities to inform the advancement of detection systems.
Jeff's previous research includes developing network intrusion systems, co-creating one of the first commercial network telescopes, malware analysis and host forensics, virtual machine introspection, and developing secure operating systems. Jeff is contributor to multiple open-source projects and is a member of The Honeynet Project's board of directors.
